Rodrigo Garcia Platas is a Transformational Master Coach, Expert in Systemic Psychology, Unani BioTypes and is a certified FIFA Sports Psychologist with Masters degrees in Family Systemic Therapy and Educational Psychology.
He began his career in 2005 as a facilitator and in 2012 he founded Mission: Mexico Transformational Center, one of the most successful companies in Human Development in the world. He has enriched his career as a speaker and transformational coach and has facilitated experiential trainings for more than 100,000 people between Mexico, the United States and South America, forming 15 years of expertise in the area of Personal Development.
Today, he teaches virtual and face-to-face workshops in English and Spanish on Emotional Intelligence, Human Development, Biotypes, Healthy Masculinity, Infatuation, Leadership, Business Well-being, Sales and Conflict Resolution.

Having started as a YouTube producer in 2010, Ross amassed over 100 million views online creating content for companies such as Maker Studios, Mashable, Discovery Digital Networks, and others.
Harnessing the power of authentic human connection, Ross has worked with countless businesses to leverage content and messaging to turn their audience into communities and companies into recognizable and adored brands.

At the start of the pandemic in 2020, Ross asked Rodrigo to be a guest on his podcast. After one conversation, it was clear that Rodrigo had a lot to say that the world needed to hear at this point in time. Ross proposed to Rodrigo the idea of launching a single workshop online - and it didn't stop there...
